InVetro Day!

Today was InVetro Day! Dr. Sueldo said my eggs looked great, so we were ready to have them taken out! Dustin and I arrived at Community Hospital this morning, got all checked-in, got an IV put in and they took me back for the surgery! The Dr was able to get 15 "good" eggs out of the 27 they thought I had! So that's great! (Normal is between 10&20). Now we wait for the embryos to grow for 3 to 5 days! So either on Sunday or Tuesday, I will have them put back in to hopefully attach to my uterus! Then we will find out on December 1st if it worked!! We are so excited and are so grateful for everyone keeping us in your prayers!!! Here's a picture in case you wanted to see me with out my hair and makeup done!!

Getting Personal...Invetro

I don't share these kind of personal things on my blog but I'm pulling out all the stops for this one! I wrote the following letter to family and friends and wanted to share it with my friends in the blogging world! I would love to hear your comments or even better, your or someone you knows success story!

Dear Family and Friends,
As many of you know, Dustin and I have been trying to have a baby naturally for the last 5 years and have been unsuccessful. Fortunately, we were blessed with baby Mallory coming into our lives last year through the miracle of adoption!
Now we have the opportunity to have a baby through a different method. During the week of November 14Th, we will be participating in a round of Invetro-Fertilization also known as IVF. Invetro is the process of fertilization by manually combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish. When the IVF procedure is successful, the process is combined with a procedure known as embryo transfer, which is used to physically place the embryo in the uterus. (You can find more information at whatisivf.org)
During this special time in our lives, we need as much support as possible. Dustin and I would greatly appreciate if you and your families would fast and pray for us! Our family is going to be participating this Sunday, November the 6th if you would like to join us!
I know God will hear and answer our prayers! Thank you for all your love and support! We are very excited and we hope to share good news with everyone sometime during the week of December the 4Th!

Love you all,
Dustin and Brittany

Brushing Baby's Teeth

I have been brushing Mallory's teeth everyday for a little while now and she loves to take the toothbrush at the end and do it herself! Today she got her baby and started brushing baby's teeth! It was the cutest thing!
